Split most of the Numeric specs into separate spec files. #347

This big file was getting too unwieldy tracking all the Numeric functionality in one place - it has now been mostly split up into many files, by trait name.

Suddenly this morning the FreeBSD build is failing, even though it was working yesterday.

I'm going to merge this PR regardless of that failure, as that is unrelated to this PR.
