Authentication Failure Siphon 3.9.14 IPhone 4 IOS 4.3.3 MJ SIP info

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it never authenticate even if I enter the password in lower or upper case.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IPhone 4 IOS 4.3.3 Siphon 3.9.14

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried to configure it for many hours with no avail. I followed all the 
instruction on the web, I notice that it is supose to show in setting (iphone 
menu) but it does not show there. I would like to use this. I'm wondering if 
this is because I am out of the USA or it does not matter. Please help me on 
this.

First you don't need to create many issues because you didn't receive any 
answer ;-)
We can try to fix your issue, but we need more information, SIP provider, your 
settings.

Furthermore I'm not sure Magic Jack works very fine. It uses a private/secrete 
authentication protocol. I implemented one version, I don't know if it always 
uses it.

I have the proxy. username and password, is the Magic jack

I'm not sure If you want me to send you my infomation directly to you. as I 
mentioned before the version I installed from cydia does looks like the screen 
shots you have and it does not a pappears in the "Settings" in my IPhone.

I realy appreciate your help, and again my Apologies I thougt that I need it to 
create a brand new Issue instead of posting in other issue. Sorry :(

The Siphon 4 (3.9.X) settings are displayed in the application itself (bottom 
right).

OK. In the network settings it does not show the Local Port option to enter the 
port 5060, it just has the STUN Server, Outbound Proxies, DNS and VPN. Let me 
know if that couls make a difference. Also in the advanced settings Underneath 
Auth. name it has Realm,should I enter anything there.

Underneath that there a On/Off switch for Magic Jack I have tried with it on 
and off. How should I have it set up.
