3 years ago it is because fern has put your adapter into monitor mode after you select your adapter in fern you notice wlan0mon enabled your card cannot be on the internet and monitor mode at the same time you either need to have a wired connection or a second adapter running managed mode to do both at the same time
After i start fern, my internet shuts down and i cant connect to it anymore.
when i try to restart network manager i get the error saying it failed, "Unit network-manager.service not found"
The airmon thing doesnt work neither.
