[suggestion] allow bridging from allready created softAPs to GhostPhisher #15

alot of us use Hostapd for EAP attacks or create customized airbase-ng softAPs 
so why not allow ghost-phisher to listen on those interfaces for DHCP DNS and 
all the other ghost-phisher servers?

Actually Ghost does display the interface cards crated by other sofware 
programs. But it does not automatically add new inerface cards on the fly.

For Ghost to dislpay the cards:
1. You have to create the network interface before running Ghost.
2. If interface card is created while ghost is running, you then have to close 
Ghost
and run it again.
