close buttons #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i cant see close buttons at any window
2. wen start program update window appears and i click upgrade but upgrade fail 
and i need to close window by pressing ESC
3.wen restart the program update window appears one and another time.(Never 
upgrade)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i'm using last deb from this site. My operative system is kali linux 1.0 
(Debian based)

Please provide any additional information below.

I haven't tried Ghost phisher with kali, please give me sometime to download 
and try the program on it..
