What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use the function cvIplImageAsBitmap

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a bitmap. an error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.7.3

Please provide any additional information below.
need to import cvConvertImage from HighGui.
