Norwegian gender of 1 #485

Expected Behaviour

The 1 component of 100 and 1000 should be converted to ‘ett’ and not ‘en’, i.e. ‘ett hundre’ and ‘ett tusen’

Actual Behaviour

Currently 100 -> ‘en hundre’ and 1000 -> ‘en tusen’
