Role permission for spent time ignored #3

I installed the plugin, now everyone is seeing my spent time column on sub tasks even when the role does not have a flag for "Spent hours in subtasks".

I tried to fix it manually but am not sure how to do it in the .rb file.

I use redmine 3.4.6
