Cannot enter extension in work phone number for relationship

Expected Behaviour

• Relationships are often professionals who give their office phone number which sometimes has an extension
• We should be able to enter a phone number with a "free text" extension such as : 514-754-8645 ext. 1234

Actual Behaviour

• The work phone field of relationships must be NNN-NNN-NNNN. This applies when entering new relationships or when editing existing relationships.
• The database can store phone numbers with extensions, as can be seen in the relationships that were converted from Feast.
