As a customer manager, In client / billing information, when creating a client, I should be able to choose any previously defined relationship as billing person.
Instead of the toggle "same as client ?", I should see a pull-down list offering to choose by name, first the client himself (default choice), then all the relationships of the the client.
Actual Behaviour
In client / billing information, when creating a client, I can click "create new payment member" then enter the exact first name, last name and address of the Relationship who pays the bills.
This ensures that the payment member is the same and only member that is also the relationship.
Solution
Add a tooltip on the "create new payment member" to explain the behavior to the user.
