mail gen dependency #10

Please allow more flexible dependency than : s.add_dependency "mail", "2.5.3"

Hey @frodrigo thanks for helping to remind me that this still hasn't been fixed. There was some fairly active discussion of this issue a while ago in Savon but it stalled out because it was unclear how well this worked for different multipart messages.

I'm really open to discussing this issue more with other people if it would help them with workarounds or pull requests. At this moment, I'm not entirely sure when I'll have time to fix this (especially since I no longer have a SOAP server available that responds with multipart messages to test with).
