Compatibility of savon-multipart with Savon2. It can be left as separate branch, or as separate repo -- left savon-multipart as for savon1; savon2-multipart for savon2

Hey @datacompboy I'm truly sorry I let this pull request languish in obscurity for so long. I believe I merged in all of your relevant commits to master, so I'm going to close this for now. There's some discussion on Savon core that's reignited my interest in getting this out, so if you're still using this and there's anything I can do to help, let me know!
