This adds the terminator terminal to the build script.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to actually build the themes, since

My nvim version is < 0.5
I'm too new to lua to know the ecosystem well enough to run the build script manually (it would be cool if running make was automated with a GitHub Workflow :slightly_smiling_face: )

Hopefully this PR is acceptable!

Also, with your permission, I'd like to add melange to https://github.com/EliverLara/terminator-themes, too.

I think the problem with the build system is that it isn't creating the term/terminator/ directory. I'll fix that this week.
