Following the docs results in having a ~/.config/local/share/nvim/site/pack/paq/start/paq-nvim AND a ~/.config/local/share/nvim/site/pack/paqs/paq-nvim folder ('paq' with extra 's' here, so plural). Could you elaborate on why this is needed? This results in paq (maybe?) being loaded twice, or at the very least confusing to the end user. Is it possible to keep all paq stuff together under either paq or paqs and not have two separate directories?
