[dt] eliminate DT_GO_SIBLING usage #44

DT_GO_SIBLING is usually implemented by go_parent and go_child. It can be
tough (and obviously error prone) to maintain right state in walker after
go_child failure here.

Thus, usage of DT_GO_SIBLING should be eliminated from 'dt'.
