webdavscan fails to scan old ligttpd #55

Old versions of ligtthd (typically 1.4.19) don't uriencode square brackets.
This seems to break xml parsing by neon library and files with square
brackets don't appear in webdavscan output.

ligttpd 1.4.26 works fine with webdavscan
