Do a DIG analysis for a corpus for Crete.

Download data from PubMed and BHL, new script, process it with DIG analysis.

Regarding PubMed, I downloaded all abstracts mentioning Crete, yet only some are ecological studies. I think a more curated literature approach is required. For example most studies from NHMC are missing, probably because the don't mention Crete in the title and abstract or because the journals themselves are not indexed in PubMed.

DIG is not suitable at this stage. PubMed and Dimensions have terms that associate each publication. So a simple analysis of these would suffice
