Refactors feature/connect branch tests with AbstractTestConstants

[mrsbluerose]

• adds additional user and phrase constants to AbstractTestConstants
• updates all ConnectAPI and Connect/Cosign Service tests to use constant variables

TESTING

• Each updated test runs successfully
• mvn clean test runs successfully
