TRIB-186: Refactors feature/connect-page tests to use AbstractTestConstants

[mrsbluerose]

• adds more User and Phrase constants to AbstractTestConstants
• refactors ConnectAPI, Connect Service and Cosign Service tests to all use AbstractTestConstants for user and phrase variables
• refactors test outputs for ConnectAPI to use string formatter with AbstractTestConstants

TESTING

• all individual tests pass as expected
• mvn clean test runs successfully
