TRIB-210: updates feature/attributes-page related tests to use constants

Note: blocked by pull request 221 which adds UserTestConstants

• adds PhraseTestConstants class to test constants directory
• refactors the classes listed below to implement UserTestConstants and/or PhraseTestConstants
• updates all test user, phrase and word properties to use constants (except where tests needed specific custom words)
• updates controller mvc return data to use ".andExpect(content().json(expectedMessage))" with a string formatted message where applicable
