Prioritize downloading of updated by Installed Extensions first and by Hoster. 
Getting updates for the ones of most interest first will allow you to see in 
GUI faster.

Also should sort by Hoster e.g. GoogleCode, GitHub & Sourceforge should be 
higher priority that potentially slower server.

Installed extensions are already first...think will just leave it as is as it 
the for the rest it doesnt matter when it finishes
