Add dim property to background for extension options #36

The IMDb+ plugin now uses the MPEI plugin to show configurable options, but the 
description that is positioned near the bottom can be hard to 'read' due to the 
background image.

Perhaps "<colordiffuse>60ffffff</colordiffuse>" can be added to the background 
control to make text a little easier to read.
