Outlook import not working... #17

Open andreiRS opened 2 years ago

andreiRS commented 2 years ago

After following the instructions detailed on https://github.com/sawhney17/logseq-calendars-plugin, after I initiate a sync I get a new block element with the name of the calendar, but no meetings under it.

I verified if the ics file url is working and it was containing at least 3 meetings for today.

I'm using logseq version: 0.6.3 and plugin version 2.1.0

Are any of the items, by chance recurring events?

andreiRS commented 2 years ago

Some yes, but not all of them.

sawhney17 commented 2 years ago

Hmm do you get the error message. No events detected for the day? On 24 Mar 2022, 6:02 PM +0400, Razvan Andrei Surdu @.***>, wrote:

Perhaps try reinstalling the plugin? Do other plugin updates work? I just updated successfully on my machine? On 1 Apr 2022, 1:52 PM +0400, Razvan Andrei Surdu @.***>, wrote:

Yes, many are. However, also non-recurring ones did not work.

I believe you will find all the offending missing appointments are recurring appointments. These are likely created long in the past, in my case, where they are essentially a daily stand-up that never shows in the plugin results, as well as weekly departmental meetings I have. Any one-time appointments are working as expected, even in the 2.2.2 version. I am using an exchange calendar.
