Respect the collapsed / expanded state of blocks #44

Currently, all blocks get expanded when exporting :/

I like the fact it exports all blocks regardless of the state, because I don't have time to go through all the blocks and open them when I just want to export. I think it should be possible to implement, but as a new option, not by removing current behaviour.
