Ask Users for Item Context

Because the WoW API for player feed does not give the context in which items were received, the plugin currently assumes the default context.

Add a panel beneath the loot section of the Loot page for users to give the Item Contexts for items they recently received.

No longer needed with Blizzard's new API. Context is now automatically retrieved in v2.1.5.
