teach gulp to look deeper #376

Over on #364, I'm looking to add an SVG at client/shared/assets/foo.svg. It doesn't appear that gulp images is picking it up.

hmm, it does know about svg via https://github.com/saxifrage/cityasacampus/blob/master/gulpfile.js#L78
