Document how to use with shunit2 #5

When running shcov on shunit2 tests, it only  shows what test code was ran, not 
what underlying code was actually tested.

I've implemented bash coverage support for kcov,

  http://simonkagstrom.github.io/kcov/

and I'm therefore deprecating shcov. Setting to WontFix, since this bug is 
better handled there.
