Add Logo and Node.js example usage

Hello, i create a new logo for this project, the combination of :

• Greater than symbol ">" signifies terminal / curl
• qrcode containing the qrcode.show url
• qrcode.show with Munro Font

and i add some example for Node.js using Got - Lightweight https library

Nice! Let's refactor this PR by purpose to have better conversation on improvements.

1. A PR for graphics. In which we can track adding logo, icons and social preview.
2. A PR for the node.js example.

Some initial feedback:

Logo:

• I think it's more of a social media preview than logo. It looks nice, but we need to also update the existing logos.
• We can reuse the format of the existing logo to create a square logo/icon.
• Generate icons of different dimensions using https://www.favicon-generator.org/ and replace the existing ones. i.e. move ./logo.png to ./static/__res__/ and the icons to ./static/__res__/icons.
• The > is only half visible, so it might confuse people.

Example:

Let's use POST instead of GET if got supports sending raw body.
