audit build pipeline and export namespace for improved types in entry files #75

entire package can now be accessed via @sayari/trellis with a complete type declarations

this required some fixes to the exported namespace. for example, the React renderer binding is available in the following ways

import { ReactRenderer, RendererProps } from '@sayari/trellis'
import { Renderer, RendererProps } from '@sayari/trellis/bindings/react' 
import Renderer, { Props } from '@sayari/trellis/bindings/react/renderer'

updated all example files to use updated imports

prerelease v0.7.0-rc.2 was published to npm with next tag to test in graph-ui
