Acceptance criteria

[x] Just message exchange, no matter UX nor design
[ ] Message is received on App

Did you tell @sanchi how far did you get and what we need now?

I have sent a test SIP account to @gmarcos87 so simulate 'real' GSM SMS with a SIP client. It should work with the 999200 prefix from Rhizomatica right now.
