Push notifications can't be interpreted if app not installed #84

Without doing 'Add to home screen', I do receive a push notification, but when I click on 'Accept' the phone asks me with what application to open with:

Not sure whether a push notification should be sent at all if the app has not been installed

Thanks Stef, I took it to the product backlog for priorization. On this version we will include a note for when the site is first acceded to explain user how to add to home. I think that we can leave the scenario of using the app without adding the icon for another moment.
