This pull request adds is_valid_reply_gif function to check that:
A GIF is a reply to a message
A GIF is not a reply to another GIF
A GIF is not a reply to user's own message
I also adds the on_message listener to perform GIF validation checks while people sends messages during a fungiforme round. If an invalid GIF reply is found, it sends a warning message saying:
Your GIF wasn't a reply to another user's text message.
Any reaction added to this GIF will be ignored.
