Add comparison with other protocols #4

Probably needs a mention of i-PI and OCSchema. It might also be worth adding a link to workflow management as it also has some similarities in intention, particularly things like Wf-XML. I'll make a PR into this branch with some more specific things.

Let's make a different chapter for the question of the high-level protocols as they are independent of the transport and messaging layer. I think, it is crucial to separate the discussion for those things. Whatever we come up with for the higher level, it could be implemented with on top of JSON or MessagePack as well. (Maybe, at a later point, we should even make a separate repository for the specification of the higher level protocols, to emphasize the distinction.)
