Now possible to specify authtype in the PublishConfiguration.ps1 Relates to issue #18

Thanks for the PR, I've merged it. While merging it I noticed a few existing bugs that really needed fixing. See my commit at ceb9c7bd671d30c49ec3e1b46b9aaa079465b4d9 for details. I've sent a PR to your fork so that you are aware of the fix.
