I cannot share the data without knowing the purpose. Also, I need to know who are requesting and why; how the data will be used;

You can find the data from NHANES survey. Search on Google/Bing/StartPage. Take 2015 and 2016 data. Merge demographics data with diet data also with laboratory(similar) data. Then you will get the dataset
