HOW TO use with asp.net and code behind pages (THIS IS WORKING CODE) #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. copy everything

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
So to add more or less add more of the script tags and update the number of 
fields and the vb page to include the extra functions on the add attributes 
bit, also is possible to do in c# as all you need to do is read the invisible 
field. this isnt very condensed code just to make it easier to replicate.

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION:3.14
JQUERY VERSION:1.8.0

On what browser(s) or operating system?
BROWSER(S): tested on firefox

This works feel free to use just dont ask me to help, took a lot of help from
