$().rating('select', 1) will not work if form is part of handlebars template #130

Where can we see the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
> 1. Insert a radio group form into the DOM via handlebars.js
> 2. attempt to call rating('select', 1)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Not really sure if there's a callback for handlebar templates

Reproduce your problem on http://jsfiddle.net/ and re-submit.
