Auto-update the product carousel on a currency rates change (Magento 2, PlazaThemes Grand theme) #5

The new products carousell on main page price does not update when currency rates update. So eg au.sayitwithagift.com rates will be drawn at midnight each night, and I notice the individual product page does update a new price, but the new products carousell is still showing old price. Once you clear FPC on magento backend, it then updates new price. The previous developer had solved this (made it compatible with varnish cache), but the issue has come back again. Do help to make all the domain + subdomains price update together. Do help to make this automated as before.
