I recommend to implement the «Greeting Card» option (and even the «Gift Wrap» option) with images instead of the current textual dropdowns. I have already implemented a similar solution in 2 projects:

Your case is not exactly the same, it is just examples. You will have an ability to upload images for any custom options in the backend:

An option's price will be shown in frontend (near the option's image). I can also implement the ability to enlarge these images via zoom or in a popup. The options will still have textual titles, they will be shown near the images.

And if customer buys, the details will reflect into invoice and backend? And when you click the image it can show as a popup, and double tap, it will zoom? I recommend to use a «More...» AJAX link below the priority images instead of a carousel because a carousel is a more complex control (it has 2 arrows: at the right and left sides, and an animation) and a «More...» link solves exactly the same problem simplier: with a single control. But it is up to your to decide.
