Newgame+ Softlock #16

I've started a second playthrough on Newgame+ and when I beat the Aerospace Museum boss Tatsuya Sudou, the game softlocks on the exp screen. This is because my Tatsuya is level 0 for some reason. It gives him exp but it softlocks as soon as he reaches level 9 with 91 exp to the next level. I've imported a Innocent Sin save file and everything worked perfectly on the first playthrough. I don't really know how this happens. I even restarted from my completed save file (the first playthrough save) again and he still is at level 0. image Some cheats were used but I don't think it should impact Tatsuya's level at all.

Those cheats being: All Incense Cards All Skill Cards All Tarot Cards Coins Max Skill and Tarot Cards 999 100% Escape Chance Infinite Money

I don't see how these should impact Tatsuya's level but maybe one could possibly be it? Or it could be the Innocent Sin being imported incorrectly?

Nevermind this. It appears it may be the cheats. I've just replayed the entire game without importing an Innocent Sin save file and the level 0 Tatsuya is still there in Newgame+.
