remove -a param from rpm command to improve performance of fact #283

Would like to submit this very small change to the fact code to improve the time it takes to run in the case where it has to fall back to the rpm database to get the version.

@saz I wanted to follow up on this and see if it is something that can be merged/tagged? We are trying to contribute this simple improvement back to the community from our enterprise since we use this module and would like to use the new tag in our environments. I am not sure why the CI tests are failing or if that is something I need to resolve.

@saz Can we expect any movement on this anytime soon? If not we may have to customize our fork of the module which we prefer not to have to do to avoid issues with pulling in updates from this source in the future.
