Support Debian Jessie #113

The default sudoers file on Jessie is identical to Wheezy save for comments, so don't duplicate the entire file but use Wheezy's version going forward.

Currently Jessie gets the old file, which breaks a great many thing including apt-get because the PATH is set incorrectly.
