Ruby travis fixed, template through hiera fixed and README improved #170

When using hiera, templates are not correctly parsed. Changed syntax in order to support template from hiera. README has been changed according to.

Also, the supported OS are now written in README, as a lot are supported but not written.

As 1.9.3 is no more supported, and have several modules no more working. https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/news/2015/02/23/support-for-ruby-1-9-3-has-ended/ so travis file changed to reflect ruby 2.0.0, 2.1.5 and 2.2.6.
