Release 4.2.0 #195

It would be great to have a new release of this module. I'm still pulling from a ref until that happens, and likely missing other improvements.

You've suggested in the past that you might be interested in migrating this to Vox Pupuli. If that's still of interest to you, we could focus on that instead. Let me know. Thanks!
