As you wanted it to be tested on windows 7.. the application fails to start. My system:

Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1

The procedure entry point DeleteCriticalSection could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0.dll.

The first Google search today reports the same issue with BlackMagic DaVinci Resolve. Officially it supports Windows 10 (no older versions mentioned).
