Flickr doesn't work on the latest version of Simple Basic, so I removed 2 Flickr examples from tutorial/appendixA and deleted the unused image in assets. I also added 2 images in assets to fix two broken image links in appendix A.
The fractal turtle is from a MS blog-post by Ed (https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/16080.small-basic-getting-started-guide-appendix-a-fun-samples.aspx) and the other is a screenshot I took.
