6 years ago The was an error there probably after getting an error he refreshed the page so it added the issue twice. I have fixed it how and pushed to the server and removed the second entry. They can't raise two issues for one printer because the printers which have issues disappear from the dropdown so its impossible to select them for rising the second issue if the first one is unresolved.
I noticed that a demonstrator reported an issue with a printer twice within one minute. Since the time-stamp differs, I am assuming he reported it once, thought it didn't work and reported it again. I thought we had something in place to prevent two issues being raised for the same printer? If not, then we need to be careful, that resolving an issue can cause the printer to be shown as Available, even-though a second issue may still be active.
