In an effort to reduce the number of red menu entries shown to students - I think we should display the "Request Workshop Print" option, only while the workshop is open. Otherwise we display the "Order Print Online" button. As long as they can anyway access both through the menu, only one of them needs to be highlighted I think.
This change does rely on us implementing the rota first.
