Display up to date opening hours #130

The Open Hours, “Open Access to 3D Printing Service in Design Workshop , Wednesdays 9:00-18:00” at http://3dprint.clients.soton.ac.uk/aboutWorkshop , rather than a rota, is fine, assuming the Open Access is maintained for all Wednesdays through Easter (i.e. 21, 28 Mar and 11 Apr, not 4 Apr Shutdown ). If not this description should be edited. Good luck moving to the iSolutions server and implementing the rota, so a good range of specific forward dates are visible.

This change is already planned, but requires the rota to be implemented.
