Request date-time stamp doesn't match the one in details #139

The Requested on timestamp in /printingData/index doesn't match the one shown in /printingData/show/ for whatever reason. Noticed that in the live version today.

same problem in http://3dprint.clients.soton.ac.uk/printingData/finished - note how All prints finish on a time with 02 minutes. I guess the format-id for the minutes is wrong and it shows the month rather than the minutes :-D
